At Mario’s Choice, we carefully select products from trusted suppliers because your pets deserve the best. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right. Our goal is for every grooming session, playtime, or mealtime to be a positive experience for you and your furry family. Below you’ll find the details of our return and refund policy so you know exactly how it works. 

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.
- To start a return, contact us at marioschoicellc@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please note: Items marked “Final Sale” or used grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
